Requirements and responsibilities

  • Receive donations, help load and unload furniture, help load and unload trucks, and move items to other departments

  • Sort incoming donations

  • Stand and walk for most of your shift

  • Occasionally lift objects up to 40 pounds, twist, bend and use fine motor skills

  • Work outdoors to receive and manage donations and truck deliveries

  • Work well as a member of a team and interact effectively with customers and donors
