Donations Collection Drives that help you FARM your neighborhoods:
Donations Collection Drives that help you FARM your neighborhoods Host a donation collection day at one of your listings and meet people in the neighborhood. This does not cost you anything and you have the opportunity to meet other home owners in the neighborhood where your home is listed. This is a great way of gaining market / neighborhood exposure. For example, invite neighbors, your contacts, friends and relatives; mention that you are organizing a donation collection for Good Stuff Thrift, a non-profit that helps kids in our community. Provide the specific date(s) and hours the donation drive will be open (for example, Saturday, January 15th, 2014 between the hours of 10 – noon). You will be providing a great service for your farmed areas or for any neighborhood you choose. In the future, you could be the point of contact for that neighborhood when someone in your farmed area needs help getting rid of good stuff. And of course, when that person wants to list their home in the future, you just might get a listing. Certainly, the service you are providing is a noble cause – recycling, reusing and providing support for children in the community. All you need to do is to schedule your donation day with Good Stuff Thrift so we can have our truck available to pick-up the good stuff. We will provide a Good Stuff Thrift Realtor Donation Plan, flyers, posters, tri-folds and signs for your donation drive. Go to GoodStuffThrift.org to download all these materials.
